Back to the EPA, the “NEW SOURCE REVIEW RULE” should have been vacated a year ago but it remains a threat. Then there are state laws on Net Zero Carbon, like my state of S.C. Many more examples. When winter electricity shortages occur the 51 Headed Enviro Dragon will become better known, but unfortunately far too late to correct
Thanks for your comment. I agree wholeheartedly (unfortunately). Here in Oklahoma, our DEQ has been great to work with and I’ve met many salt of the earth folks that worked/works there. Our state has been mostly great to our industrial sectors. We have wind energy and some solar, but our state knows the importance of safe, reliable fossil fuels. Most states do not.
